If you make something cool, Please share it in the comments below!

Core gameplay

  • Sculpt your car by erasing voxels — no parts, no menus
  • Instantly drive your creation with real physics
  • Bad designs don’t fail silently — you feel why they fail
  • Change weight, shape, and balance to solve terrain challenges

Sandbox / creativity

  • Build anything from tiny racers to absurd machines
  • Experiment freely — there’s no “wrong” car
  • Learn through play how mass, traction, and shape affect motion

Play modes / vibe

  • Drive terrain courses or mess around in sandbox mode
  • Designed for experimentation, not optimization
  • Built as a creative tool first, a game second
  • Build terrible cars on purpose. It’s encouraged.

Foxel is still evolving. If you have thoughts, ideas, or want to show off what you built, I’d love to hear from you. If you’re interested, please consider joining the Foxel Discord server:

Really interesting concept. What stands out to me is how the game doesn’t hide failure — instead it makes you feel it. When a design doesn’t work, you immediately understand why through the physics, which makes the learning process very intuitive.

It almost feels less like building a car and more like exploring cause and effect through experimentation. The idea that there’s no “wrong” design, only different outcomes, is really refreshing.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how outcomes often depend on your state and perspective, and how the same situation can lead to completely different interpretations. I came across something with a similar “interpretation depending on state” idea here:恋みくじ 神社

Different type of experience, but it gave me a similar feeling of exploring possibilities rather than following a fixed path.

Curious to see how this evolves!

Thanks! That was the reaction I'm hoping for. Share a screenshot of your creations in the comments

Thanks! Share your creation! (if you like)

the creation wasn't very good i DID design it to hook onto platforms tho

Oh cool, you tried the puzzle mode?

The editor is really fun and easy to use, I want to make all kinds of silly cars now :)

Thanks for sharing!! I see these awesome cars appear in the town and always want to know who made them. I love it, Dinowheel!

So aside from making games, I also interview other Itch.io developers and had this thought that it'd be cool to have them make a Foxel car in the style of their game. This car was made by Sheriour Check out the interview here
